Deadline Reminders

As we approach our first application deadline of the season (December 1 — Early Decision JD program applications), now seems like a good time to remind you about some interview and application deadlines, particularly because they can change based on type of interview or specific degree program.

LSAT Deadlines: The September LSAT is the latest we will accept with an Early Decision application. For the traditional JD program, we recommend the December LSAT as the latest exam date. However, we will technically accept late applications with February LSAT scores, but due to the rolling admissions process, we do not recommend it.

Early Decision Candidates: Deadline to complete the ED application in its entirety (application, LSAT score, transcripts, LORs, and interview) is December 1. If you are applying Early Decision, you only have 10 more days to ensure that your application is complete and has been processed by our office.

More Important Dates to Keep in Mind

January 15: Deadline for the completion of AJD and LLM program applications. Applications completed after this date may be reviewed, but it is to your advantage to apply by January 15.

February 15: Deadline for the completion of JD applications. Like AJD applications, we will still accept and review applications received and completed after this date; however, the designated time frame to receive a decision will be longer and your application will be at the mercy of the rolling admissions process.

February 16: JD Skype interviewing period ends. We will no longer offer Skype interviews after this date.

March 13: On-campus interviewing period ends. We will no longer offer on-campus interviews after this date.

As these crucial dates approach and you monitor your application status on our online status checker, please keep in mind that while the admissions process is paperless we are by no means instantaneous. Every online or paper request, form, application, interview, update, email, addendum and submission must be reviewed and processed by a human being. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we strive to process and update every file as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
